Terms and Conditions
Cancellations made within 24 hours of completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount.
A substitute attendee can be named up to two weeks before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this – the transfer of pass cannot be completed onsite. If your ticket is cancelled due to malpractice or misuse of discounts no refund will be issued (Please see discount conditions for more information on this). Innovate reserves the right to refuse any refund based on management discretion.

Attendees will have a 24-hour period after purchasing an add-on to apply for a refund after that time no refund will be given. Once the recordings are available, the 24-hour period becomes invalid and all add-on purchases will gain immediate access. For that reason, refund requests will no longer be eligible.
In the case of an act of god event, your event ticket will be transferred over to the rescheduled dates or to the event next year.
